Excellent customer care

I contacted the company for some information about the product I bought from pharmacy and I wasn't sure about the quality. They responded immediately and replaced it. Excellent customer service, very good product even though I use it only a few days . Thank you.

Expert Lipocil

The bottle of serum offered arrived with a peeled label, it was not completely filled. Has it been used before? I threw it. Not serious for such a brand. No instructions for using the product, I had to go on the internet to find it and it is different depending on the videos. 2 months of use and there are yellow bits in my tube. Is this normal? I'm so disappointed.
